Cedar Dog Cat houses and PetCool Unit Returns & Refunds

We guarantee the quality of workmanship and materials in every dog house we sale.

If there is a quality related problem, all returns must:

• Obtain a Return Authorization Number
• Reported 5 days after delivery

The following Cedar Dog houses: extra large, giant, and Godzilla dog houses, large and medium duplexes cannot be returned.

The shipper is responsible for any and all shipping damages on the house reported by the customer.

Any Cedar Dog house order which is canceled after shipping or returned due to wrong sizing, all shipping fees will be paid by the customer.

Any Cedar Dog house returned for any other reason other than quality concerns is subject to a 20% restocking fee and it must be optimum condition for resale.
