Your Cat’s Health
Ask any mother, a sick baby that can’t tell you what’s wrong is a real concern, and the same happens with a sick pet. This section is dedicated to some of the most common illnesses in cats. It indicates the signs you should watch for, what actions you must take and how to help your cat on it’s way to recovery.
If your cat shows any sign of sickness or any unusual behavior, you must take it to a veterinarian immediately. Don’t waste time. It is best to be safe than sorry and an early diagnosis means less suffering for your pet and a better chance of recovery if the sickness or injury becomes something serious.
Quite often, a change in behavior is the first sign of a health problem. A normal active cat, with a good appetite, will be depressed, lethargic and will refuse to eat. The problem can be as simple as parasites, a fur ball or constipation, but may be a sign of something more serious, so have it checked up and ask for advise from your veterinarian.
