The following Cedar Dog Houses: extra large, giant, and Godzilla dog houses, large and medium duplexes cannot be returned. The shipper is responsible for any and all shipping damages on the house reported by the customer. Any Cedar Dog House order which is canceled after shipping or returned due to wrong sizing, all shipping fees will be paid by the customer. Any Cedar Dog House returned for any other reason other than quality concerns is subject to a 20% restocking fee and it must be optimum condition for resale. |

RETURN POLICY: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a house or kennel, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase price (less shipping and handling) within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of your item(s). Returns must be in unopened, unused condition in original packaging with all original documentation included. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned/refused items. Please email for a return authorization number, without this your item will be refused and returned to you at your expense. This assigned number must be CLEARLY marked near the shipping label. Kitty Cat House is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Returned item shipping charges are incurred by the customer.
